Loene Carmen

Loene Carmen, also known as Lo Carmen, is an Australian singer, songwriter, musician and actress.

Carmen was born in Adelaide, Australia and raised amongst its 1970s rocknroll music community, daughter of rockjazzblues pianist Peter Head, founder of The Mount Lofty Rangers. She wrote and publicly performed her first original song aged ten, accompanied by her father. After forming a variety of bands across various genres since the early 1990s , Carmen began focussing on a career as a solo singersongwriter in 2002.
